In 2018, a pivotal moment unfolded when the managing director of CFAGU Ltd was granted a transformative opportunity by the Uganda Pioneers Association (UPA). This unique chance led her to Germany, where she engaged as a volunteer in a girls’ home, working collaboratively with INVIA. The firsthand exposure to the challenges faced by vulnerable girls ignited a fervent desire to make a difference, laying the groundwork for the establishment of “Care For a Girl Uganda Ltd.”

As the managing director, Justine’s journey continued to unfold, and by 2019, a clear vision crystallized.
